⛳ Pinsight – Account & Data Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your Pinsight account and all associated data, you can do so directly inside the app or by contacting us by email. Both methods result in immediate, permanent deletion — there is no retention period.

Option 1 — Delete inside the Pinsight app (recommended)

Open the Pinsight app and sign in.
Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation bar).
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.

Your account and all data are deleted immediately and permanently. You will be signed out automatically.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to support@pinsightgolfapp.com from the email address associated with your Pinsight account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 7 days.

What data is deleted

The following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted with no retention period:

Your account credentials and profile (email address, display name, handicap index, preferences)
All golf rounds you have recorded, including hole-by-hole scores, putts, fairway and green statistics, and mistake notes
All AI coaching insights generated from your rounds
Your favourite courses list
Any custom courses you created in the app
AI token usage records associated with your account

What data is not retained

Pinsight does not retain any personally identifiable data after account deletion. Aggregated, fully anonymised statistics (e.g. overall platform usage counts with no link to any individual) may be retained for product analytics, but these contain no information that can identify you.
